New Eco-Industrial Estate in Chonburi (EEC Zone)
This newly developed industrial estate, in collaboration with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), is part of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development initiative. Strategically located near Eastern Seaboard Industrial Zone, Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port, Chonburi City, and Suvarnabhumi Airport, it offers excellent connectivity for logistics and international trade. Designed with sustainability in mind, the estate is being developed as an eco-industrial zone. It actively supports solar energy adoption, providing free installation and maintenance of solar cell systems for tenants. Additionally, the estate features an Environmental Quality Control Center (EMC²), promoting environmentally responsible operations. The vision is to create ECOPLEX — a green, community-centric industrial hub at the heart of Ban Bueng, Chonburi, offering businesses a modern, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly base of operations.
